All products purchased from FUNHORUN (official website or Amazon) are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, customers may submit a warranty claim.
Proof of purchase is required:
Amazon orders: order number only.
Website orders: order number or recipient information.
Claims can be submitted via our website or by contacting info@funhorunlife.com with a description of the issue.
This warranty does not cover:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations/repairs.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Damage from improper storage or handling.
Products that have been modified or tampered with.
Upon approval of a valid claim, FUNHORUN will, at its discretion:
Repair the product, or
Replace it with a new or refurbished unit.
If the original product is unavailable, a comparable product of equal or greater value will be provided.
All warranty repairs and replacements are provided at no cost, including shipping.
FUNHORUN’s responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from product use or inability to use the product.
