We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@funhorunlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items and gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@funhorunlife.com.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
All return and refund requests will be processed within 24 hours.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
